Milwaukee, Wis. --The Blue Angels of Mount Mary University welcomed the Titans of Indiana University South Bend. This is the first time a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) contest has been played inside the Bloechl Center. The Blue Angels held a 19–14 lead after the first quarter. The Titans, however, found their groove in the second half and won the game 82-60.
Highlights From The Box Score:
- With a team-high of 22 points, Mikkalla Robertson (Milwaukee, Wis.) led the way. She also contributed a team-high eight rebounds and dished out five assists.
- As a team, the Blue Angels shot an impressive 41.2% from behind the arc. Vanessa Diaz (Kissimmee, Fla.), Avery Gorn (Waterford, Wis.), Deja Rivers (Kenosha, Wis.), Sanai Ballard (Highland, Ind.), and Rionne Turner (Milwaukee, Wis.) added one a piece while Robertson knocked down two.
- Despite the loss, the Blue Angels out-rebounded the Titans by 12, grabbing 37 total boards.
