We have partnered with Sportsware Online (SWOL) for our Athletic Training tracking, concussion baseline testing and compliance forms/education materials. All new MMU Student-Athletes must create a SWOL profile – please use your legal name and you can add a preferred name. Follow the "Sportsware - SWOL Instructions" link below for further details.

Annually, all student-athletes must complete ALL of the REQUIRED fields in ‘Your Athlete Information’ and ‘Your Medical History’ in SWOL. Click the ‘here’ buttons next to each of those on your Dashboard page to take you to those sections to complete.

All REQUIRED fields in SWOL and your fully completed ‘Mt Mary Athlete Packet’ must be uploaded to your Dashboard prior to Compliance Day. ALL materials MUST BE be completed before you are cleared for participation within MMU Athletics.

Additionally, any new MMU Student-Athlete is required to be cleared by the NAIA Eligibility Center at PlayNAIA. This must be completed before you are certified for ANY MMU competition, this includes scrimmages/exhibitions/non-conference/conference, etc.

Compliance Day will be held at MMU prior to the start of sports practices. Details around athlete dorm move-in and Compliance Day will be emailed from the Director of Athletics mid-summer.
