The Coast to Coast conference has announced that Vanessa Diaz has been named women's basketball player of the week.

Diaz scored 18 points and had 7 rebounds in the Blue Angels season opening win over Blackburn on November 8th.

She shot 5-11 from the floor and 5-8 from behind the three point line.  The Blue Angels will next host the Eagles of Emmaus Bible College on Tuesday, November 12th at 5 pm.
